2. Take in a deep breath through both nostrils and exhale quickly and suddenly through both nostrils, making a hissing sound while you do it. Focus on exhaling forcefully and The inhalation should be passive and normal.

3.When you exhaling forcefully your stomach will go deep inside.

4.Repeat this process about 3 times in the initial stages.after the stage you can take time 15-30 minutes to do this.
